A fully responsive, CMS-based dynamic website designed for S&R Dental Care to bridge the gap between clinical services and patient accessibility. The platform features a robust backend for real-time content management, a simplified appointment booking engine, and an automated email notification system to streamline patient intake and clinic communication.

S&R Dental Care is a specialized healthcare website developed to modernize dental clinic operations in Nepal. The primary goal was to replace traditional phone-based scheduling with a "Digital-First" approach, allowing patients to book consultations at their convenience. The platform focuses on high conversion and operational efficiency by automating the administrative tasks associated with appointment management.

Key Features & Functionality 

  • Simple Appointment Booking Engine: I designed a user-friendly scheduling interface where patients can quickly enter their details (Name, Phone, Email) and preferred booking date. The logic is optimized for speed, reducing the friction typically found in healthcare registration.   
  • Automated Email Notification System: To ensure zero missed appointments, I implemented a backend notification trigger. Once a booking is submitted, the system automatically dispatches emails to both the clinic (for immediate action) and the patient (for confirmation), bridging the communication gap instantly.   
  • Dynamic Service Showcase: The platform includes a categorized service module that highlights key treatments like Orthodontics, Implants, and Bleaching. This allows the clinic to act as an educational resource for patients before they even step into the office.   
  • Healthcare Content Management: Beyond bookings, the site features a blog and gallery section, allowing the clinic to share dental health tips and success stories, which helps build trust and improve SEO for the "S&R Healthcare" brand.

Technical Focus & Impact

This project demonstrates my ability to build functional, transaction-oriented websites that solve specific business problems. By focusing on the "Booking-to-Notification" pipeline, I created a tool that directly impacts the clinic's daily workflow, reducing manual data entry and improving the patient's professional experience.
