Concept & Business Logic

The goal of this project was to solve two problems simultaneously: helping restaurants digitize their menus without high overhead costs, and creating a scalable source of passive income. By offering a "Free Forever" SaaS model, I lowered the barrier to entry for restaurant owners, allowing me to build a high-traffic network of digital menus that serve as premium ad space.

Strategic Problem Solving

  • The "Freemium" Value Proposition: I provided restaurants with a robust suite of tools—dynamic menu editing, discount publishing, and real-time scan tracking—at zero cost. This "Free" hook ensures rapid adoption and long-term retention.

  • Scan Tracking & Device Analytics: I implemented a tracking engine that logs total scans and identifies device types. This isn't just for the restaurant; this is the "Product" I sell to advertisers.

  • Data-Backed Advertising: Instead of guessing, I use the generated scan reports to prove "Audience Reach" to potential advertisers. This data-driven approach allows me to negotiate ad placements with local businesses based on actual foot traffic and engagement metrics.

  • SaaS Scalability: The system is built to handle multiple restaurant tenants (Multi-Tenancy). Each restaurant manages its own dashboard, while the global ad-serving logic is controlled centrally, ensuring a low-maintenance, passive income stream.
